What we collect
This website has no forms, accounts or advertising trackers. If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, business name, website and details of your enquiry. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to run and secure the site.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply, prepare an audit or proposal you ask for, and deliver services if you become a client. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers we need to operate, such as email and hosting, or where the law requires it.
Keeping it
We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful to the conversation and client records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
